Has it really been a whole week...

...since I've posted anything?! Time flies. I have been pretty emotional over the last few days. My best friend's Dad is about to pass away and I just can't stop thinking about the whole situation. He is a very special man and will be terribly missed! I just wish I could do something, anything to help out my dear friend. It's so hard to be three hours away at times like this.

Well, yesterday morning, to celebrate our Christmas break from school, we were totally lazy! It was so great....Claire let me sleep in, and then the boys and I made hot cocoa. It always tastes so good when it's homemade. We were finally all dressed at about 11!
Grant is officially my biggest helper now. With Gregory gone most mornings, he has really been a huge help to me. His favorite thing to do is help me load up the washing machine and dryer! Here he is taking a turn at stirring our chocolate.

Oh, I almost forgot! My friend that was in danger of having her baby prematurely, had a healthy little boy last week! He was only 2 weeks early-so he is doing great! Thanks so much for all of your prayers!
